Joseph Schoenberger

Joseph C. Schoenberger, age 92 , of Forest Lake, died November 26, 2013. He is preceded in death by his wife, Ethel and eight siblings. He is survived by his daughter, Sandra (Dennis) Bingen, son, John "Jack"; grandchildren, Jennifer (Stephen) Buck, Shawn (Heather), Ryan, Kelsey Johnson; five great-grandchildren. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, December 4, 2013 at the Church of Saint Peter, 1250 South Shore Drive, Forest Lake. Visitation will be held from 4:00-7:00 p.m., Tuesday at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake and will continue at the funeral home from 9:00-10:00 a.m., Wednesday. Burial at Hillside Cemetery, Minneapolis, Minnesota. Full Military Honors will be provided by the Minnesota National Guard Honor Squad. Memorials may be designated to Second Harvest Heartland East, 1140 Gervais Avenue, St. Paul, MN 55109-2020 or Community Helping Hand, 408 15th Street, S.W., Forest Lake, MN 55025.
