Laura Roush

Laura Ann Roush, 17, of Fayetteville, Georgia formerly of Linwood, MN passed away on March 3, 2011. Laura was a loving daughter, sister, granddaughter and friend. She attended Linwood Elementary and Southwest Junior High. She enjoyed being a girl scout, being a member of the drama club, playing soccer, softball, and the clarinet. She attended Whitewater High School, Fayetteville, Georgia, Class of 2012. She loved to write poetry, enjoyed traveling and cherished her friends. Laura will always be remembered for her valiant and courageous battle with cancer. She is survived by her parents, David and Anne Roush; brother, Eric Roush; grandparents, Jess and Margaret Roush of Hugo, MN; her yellow lab, Jasmine; many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. A Funeral Service will be held at 4:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 15, 2011 at Sunnyside Lutheran Church, 6633 227th Ave. N.E. , Stacy, MN. Visitation will be 4:00- 8:00 p.m. Monday at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 N. Shore Drive, Forest Lake and continue Tuesday from 2:00 until time of service at the church.
