Lawrence Rainer

November 15, 1925 — April 9, 2007

Lawrence Martin "Larry" Rainer,

Age 81, lifelong Forest Lake Resident,

passed away April 9, 2007 surrounded by his family.

Preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.

He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Laurel; children, Larry K. (Diane), Richard (Jean), Martin, Laurie Wach, William, Rose Dahlin (Jim Gebhard), Rita (Richard Bielawski) Rainer; 17 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; siblings, Marguerite (Denny) Richter, Marianne Schuette, Elizabeth (Art) Shafer, Robert (Janet) Rainer, Joan Rainer (Alf Mork), Phillip (Camille) Rainer; extended family,Terri Rainer, Ken Stamness, Joe Kropp, and Peter Wach.

Special thanks to the doctors and nurses at Fairview Medical Center, Fairview HomeCaring and Hospice personnel, and Dr. Timothy Toonen of MN Oncology.

Mass of Christian Burial 10:30 AM, Monday, April 16, 2007 at St. Peter's Catholic Church, 1250 South Shore Drive, Forest Lake. Visitation 4-8PM, Sunday, April 15, 2007 at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake.

Visitation will continue from 9-10 AM, Monday at the funeral home. Interment in Calvary Cemetery. Memorials are preferred.
