Leigh Hernandez

Leigh "Bud" Hernandez, age 59 of Forest Lake, died suddenly Tuesday, July 19, 2011 while on his daily bicycle ride. Bud was a master antique furniture finisher, who loved ballroom dancing and riding his Choppers. He is preceded in death by his parents, Jose and Lois. He is survived by his siblings, Dale (Linda), Andrea Mars; nieces and nephews, Clorice Hernandez, Dale Jr. Hernandez, Heather (Jim) Bachtle, Derek (Jamie) Hernandez; Kevin Johnson, Keith Johnson, Jolene Johnson; other great nieces, nephews, family and friends. A Celebration of His Life will be held at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 26, 2011 at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake. The family will greet friends from 5:30 p.m., until the time of service. Memorials are preferred to the American Heart Association, 3816 Paysphere Circle, Chicago, IL 60674.
