Grandpa, Son and Brother
age 62 of Forest Lake, MN, passed peacefully at home after a long courageous battle with cancer on December 4, 2007.
Survived lovingly by wife of 38 years, Patricia; daughter Angela; son Ray (Jenelle) and the joy of his last seven years, his granddaughter Victoria Johnson. Also survived by mother Margaret Mountain; sister Bev (Mike) Chapman; goddaughter Rachel Steen; many relatives and friends. He will be missed by all. He served with the US Navy from 1963-1966. Retired pipefitter local #455. He had an enormous love of hunting and fishing.
Visitation will be 6:00-9:00 p.m., Thursday, December 6, 2007 and 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Friday at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake. Interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
