Linnea Tromble

Linnea Dell Tromble, 88 died September 19, 2007. Mrs. Tromble was born to Arther and Dell Magnuson in Marquette, Kansas. She was preceded in death by her husband Roscoe Eugene Tromble in 1980 and a brother Leroy Magnuson in 1970.

Linnea is a graduate of Brown Mackie College Salina, Kansas. She retired from the State Soil Conservation Service as a secretary for 16 years. Earlier she was a cook for the Kipp School, Kipp, Kansas for many years.

She was a member of Kipp Presbyterian Church. A superintendent of children's Sunday School, adult Sunday School teacher, and an adult bible study group teacher. She was an active member of Christian Women's Club and is a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church. She also loved participating in Sunflower Day care Center (Salina, Kansas), Margaret S. Parmly and Parmly Nursing Home (Chisago City, Minnesota).

Survivors include her daughters, Joan Grahn and her husband Lee Grahn, Salina and Betty Bonin, Wyoming, Minnesota; three grandchildren, Sheri Graham, Terry Grahn and Christine Bonin; six great grandchildren, Nathan Lopez, Brandon Bonin, Heather and Alexis Gabrielson, Ryan and Levi Grahn, Chelsea, Ashley, and David Graham.

Memorials may be made to Sunflower Day Care Center and Immanuel Lutheran Church, Salina, Kansas.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, September 25, 2007 at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Salina, Kansas. Visitation will be 10:00 a.m., until the time of service at the church. She will be laid to rest with her husband at Smoky Hill Cemetery, Lindsborg, Kansas
