Lisa Ann Reemtsma, age 52, passed away on November 30, 2020 after a long battle with an autoimmune disease.  Lisa was born in Watertown, South Dakota on August 14, 1968.  She was lovingly adopted into the Reemtsma family in March of 1969.  Lisa accepted the Lord as her Savior at the age of 8 years old and was baptized at West River Road Baptist Church.  After graduating from Chisago Lakes Baptist School, Lisa went on to attend college at Bob Jones University and Oklahoma State University.  She also attended math and accounting classes at the University of Minnesota.  She spent many years working in various business offices and found great satisfaction in her work.  Lisa was a skilled artisan.  She spent much of her time sewing, crocheting, or doing needlework.  She was well-known for her baking and handicrafts.  Lisa’s projects were a labor of love and most were given as gifts that will be cherished for years to come.  Lisa’s greatest joy came from her family.  She could often be found giving her nieces new hairstyles or cheering her nephew on at a sporting event.  When getting out became difficult for her, she loved nothing more than a visit from a loved one.  She will be greatly missed.  Lisa is survived by her mother, Sharon Reemtsma; siblings, Kym (John) Budish, Terri (Dennis) Nicholson, Mark (Barb) Reemtsma, and Chad (Tara) Reemtsma; ten nieces, one nephew; many great nieces and nephews; and other extended family members.  Lisa is preceded in death by her father, Myron Reemtsma and great niece Alyssa Eichen.

A private family service will be held.
