Lloyd Krohn

Lloyd William Krohn, age 55, of Wyoming, Minnesota, passed away on July 13, 2013 while scuba diving in Isle Royale National Park. He was a loving and devoted husband, son, son-in-law, brother, brother-in-law, uncle, and friend. Lloyd is survived by his wife of 23 years, Karen (Bender); parents, Galen and Gloria Krohn; sister, Gail (Scott) Malinosky;and in-laws, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Lloyd was never idle and lived life to the fullest with Karen - traveling extensively both around the United States and internationally. He was passionate about his hobbies, which included building and riding motorcycles, building and racing snowmobiles, and scuba diving. Lloyd always had a smile on his face and time to lend a helping hand wherever needed. Words cannot express how much he will be missed by all who knew and loved him. A memorial celebration of Lloyd's life will be held on Saturday, July 20, 2013, at 4:00 p.m. at the Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake, Minnesota. Lloyd's immediate family will be available to greet extended family and friends at the funeral home from 2:00 p.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.
