Lucille A. Cartier (nee Waldoch), age 89, of Lino Lakes, died peacefully on Saturday, May 8, 2010, surrounded by family. Lucille was a devoted Mother and role model to her children with a passion for embroidery and gardening. She will be remembered and missed for her love of making cookies; especially during Christmas time. She is preceded in death by her husband Richard; grandchildren, Shannon (nee Crohn) Kearney, Neil Cartier; three brothers and two sisters. She will be dearly missed by those whom her life touched including her beloved children, Joseph (Cheri), Richard (Jackie), Bruce (Theresa), Russell (Diana) Denise (Kearney) Breland, Michel (Penny), Roxann (Kevan) Goulet, Annette Cartier, Nadine (Tim) Bishop; nineteen grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; brothers, George Waldoch, Ray (Shirley) Waldoch; sisters-in-law, Lucille Waldoch, Gladys Ingram, Clem Miller; many nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m., Friday, May 14, 2010 at St. Genevieve Catholic Church, 7087 Goiffon Road, Centerville. Visitation will be 5:00-8:00 p.m., Thursday at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake. Visitation will continue one hour prior to mass at the church. Interment at St. Genevieve Catholic Church.
