Mafalda Hoffmann

Mafalda “Muffi” Lawler-Hoffmann, of Forest Lake, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Wednesday, January 20, 2010. She is preceded in death by her parents, Peter and Lucy Toldo; infant daughter, Betty Lawler; husbands Charles T. Lawler and Edwin Hoffmann. Muffi will be dearly missed by those who knew and loved her including her devoted daughters, Cathy (Billy) Morehead, Colleene (Andy) Kauls; her sons, William (Marcia) Lawler, Charles Peter Lawler; grandchildren, Wendy, Christopher, Kimberly, Nathan, Nancy, Katie, Brian and Chris; great grandchildren, Trey, Hailey, Justin, Jordan, Jonah and Hana; sister, Elnora Milliken and Muffi’s best friend James Croone.

Private family services will be held in Grand Marais. In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the music and property funds at Elim Lutheran Church, 20971 Olinda Trail, Scandia. “Muffi says thank you and love to all at Elim Church.”
