Marcella Dupre

Marcella “Sal” Dupre, age 93 of Chisago City, formerly of Forest Lake, died, November 10, 2008 at Fairview Lakes Medical Center, Wyoming, with her family by her side. She was well known for her love of golfing, bowling and the joys of her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Johanna (Mahoney) Beaton; husband Leonard Dupre; four siblings

She will be dearly missed by those who knew and loved her including her children, Ronald (Sharon) Dupre, Valerie (Thurnbeck) Dupre, Judith (Jerry) Carlson; grandchildren,  Chris (Jodi) Dupre, Shelly (Mike) Moseng, Mark (Clarissa) Dupre, Renee (Jim) Marxer, Serese (Brian) Honebrink, Jake (Jane) Thurnbeck, Carla (Dale) Nordenstrom, Jomanda Carlson, Jay Carlson; sixteen great grandchildren; other extended family and friends.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m., Monday, November 17, 2008 at St. Peter’s Catholic Church, 1250 South Shore Drive, Forest Lake. Visitation will be 3:00-6:00 p.m., Sunday at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake. Interment at Calvary Cemetery, Forest Lake. Memorials are preferred to the family which will be designated to a memorial in Sal and Leonard’s name.
