Margaret Drake-Moegle

Drake-Moegle, Margaret Aase (Ann) (nee Mickelson), age 87, of Forest Lake, passed away November 3, 2008 in Grand Rapids, Minnesota.

Margaret was born to Milford Edward and Norah Amanda Mickelson in Davenport, North Dakota on November 22, 1920. Preceded in death by her parents; sister, Marilyn; and great grandchild, Jaycee Lynn Hietala. She is survived by her brother Allan Mickelson of Fargo; sister, Betty Norhiem of Waconia; sons, Robert "Skip" (Bonnie) and Charles "Chip" Drake; grandchildren, Robert, Christine and Erika Drake; great grandchildren, Sean and Leah Arrens; stepchildren from her second marriage to Fred Moegle; Ken, Keith, Sally, Kurt and Shere and their children; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends throughout the country.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, November 8, 2008 at Faith Lutheran Church, 886 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake. A gathering of family and friends will be held one half hour prior to service at the church.  Inurnment at Faith Lutheran Church. Memorials may be made to Faith Lutheran Church.
