Marian Lenore Norton (nee Stromberg) of Forest Lake, Minnesota, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on August 14, 2010.
Marian is preceded in death by her husband John R. Norton Jr., son John R. Norton III. She is survived by son Greg (Debbie), daughter Nan Houle-Altnow (Mark); daughter-in-law Cindy; nine grandchildren; one great grandchild; and special niece Betty Reid and sister Jean Stromberg. Marian will always be remembered for her love of life, and the happiness she expressed. She had amazing strength right to the very end.
A visitation will be held from 5:00 A�A�A½ 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 18, 2010 at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake. A graveside service will be held 11:00 a.m., Thursday, August 19, 2010 at Scandinavian Cemetery, Forest Lake.
