Mary Lee Forliti, age 76, of Linwood Township, Minnesota, passed away on October 26, 2023 while surrounded by her beloved family. She was born on January 18, 1947, in San Diego, California. Mary was adopted by Laurence and Louise Forliti and moved to Minnesota as an infant.
Mary graduated from Alexander Ramsey High School where she enjoyed singing and acting in school productions and musicals. Through her passion for learning she pursued her studies in mechanical arts at Inver Grove Community College. She always valued knowledge and encouraged others to never stop seeking it.
In 1992, Mary crossed paths with the love of her life, Brad Frenning. They instantly connected and embarked on a beautiful journey together. They celebrated their love and commitment on September 6, 1997, at the Stacy Lions Park in Stacy, Minnesota. Their marriage brought joy and companionship to both of their lives.
Mary dedicated many years of her life to her occupation in customer service at Xcel Energy. Her exceptional skills in handling customer needs and concerns brought her great satisfaction. She always went above and beyond to ensure that everyone she encountered felt heard and valued.
Beyond her professional life, Mary had an artistic flair and a passion for crafts. She immersed herself in various artistic endeavors, using her creativity to bring life and sparkle to everything she touched. Her love for the color purple and her signature use of sparkles and rhinestones added a touch of unique beauty to all her creations.
What truly defined Mary was her compassionate and giving heart. She had an unwavering spirit of generosity, always looking for ways to help those in need. Her loving nature touched the lives of many and her acts of kindness will forever be cherished by those she assisted.
Her passing has left a void in the hearts of all those who knew her. She will be deeply missed by her husband, Brad Frenning; her step-sons, Blake and Josh Frenning; her cherished fur babies, Maxie, Penny and Lily; her siblings, Patricia (Kenneth) Klecker, Polly Forliti, Laurie Forliti, Ann (Jerome) Holmes, Michael (Sandy) Forliti; many nieces, nephews, devoted friends and family.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Laurence and Louise Forliti; fur babies, Chloe, Precious and Lucas; siblings, Kathy Brandenburg, Marie Forliti, Anthony Forliti.
A ceremony to honor Mary's life will be held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, November 4, 2023 at Maranatha Assembly of God, 24799 Forest Blvd., Wyoming, Minnesota. The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment at Linwood Township Cemetery, Linwood, Minnesota.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to be made in Mary’s memory to her family.
Mary Lee Forliti will forever be remembered for her kind-hearted nature, artistic talent, and unwavering love for her family and friends. May her soul rest in peace and her memory continue to inspire compassion and generosity in all our hearts.
