Mildred Frame

Mildred "Millie" Frame, of Marine on St. Croix, formerly of West St. Paul. Passed away March 2, 2012 after a long courageous battle with breast cancer. She was an employee of the IRS for 30+ years and the well known breeder and owner of Jozan Brittanys. She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Thomas; brother, Kenneth (Yvonne) Bregel; nieces and nephews, Melanie (Ken) Kramer, Jennifer Bregel, Jeffrey Bregel; and many other friends she met through her various canine activities, field, breed, obedience and rescue, specializing in her favorite breed, the American Brittany.A Celebration of Her Life will be held on April 14, 2012 from 3-7 p.m. at Millie's home at 13010 177th St. North, Marine on St. Croix, MN 55047. There will be a time of sharing and prayer service at 5 p.m. Memorials are preferred to the Minnesota Brittany Rescue Club.
