Passed away peacefully at home January 3, 2008. She was born February 10, 1937 to Patrick and Florence (Overholt) Taillefer in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Nancy was a longtime cook and special pie maker at the The Country Kitchen of Wyoming. She will also be remembered as a school cook at Wyoming Elementary, cashier at Ben Franklin in Forest Lake and part-time employee of Plastic Products Inc. in Lindstrom. Nancy was a longtime advocate for the Humane Society and lifelong member of St. Paul Lutheran Church of Wyoming. She was recently preceded in death by her daughter, Rebecca Berquam on October 29, 2007. She is survived by daughter, Robin Audorff (and dedicated and close friend, Wally Millerbernd); granddaughter, Amanda Humble and 2 grandsons, Theodore Berquam III and Thomas (Tomasa) Berquam. Funeral service will be at 11:30 AM on Tuesday, January 15 with a visitation one hour prior to services. In lieu of flowers memorials may be written to Northwoods Humane Society directed to Cat Care in her name at P.O. Box 264 Wyoming, MN 55092.
