Nichole Marie Finklea

Nichole Marie Finklea, born June 3^rd, 1985, in St. Paul, MN passed away peacefully in her sleep on August 1^st 2023, after a long battle with Huntington’s Disease.   Nichole lived in Rock Creek, MN at HD Country Care where she was cared for respectfully by the wonderful staff.   She formerly lived in Forest Lake, MN and was a 2003 graduate of North Branch Senior High School in North Branch, MN. 

Prior to her disease progressing, Nichole enjoyed spending time traveling and caring for animals.  She was particularly fond of horses and often spent time enjoying trail rides.  She also enjoyed spending time with family and friends.   She was quiet and kind and will be missed by those who loved her.

She is proceeded in death by her mother - Karen Ann Britt Finklea, grandparents - Hugh Finklea, Cortzie and Pat Downs, and brother - Justin Finklea.   She is survived by her father and stepmother - Lance and Cristy Finklea, grandmothers - Patricia Finklea and Edith Downs, siblings - Courtney (Jamis) Wehrenberg, Michael (Lynsie) Finklea, Felicia Finklea, and nieces and nephews - Leyton, Scarlette, Keian, Collin, Brayden, Isabel, Blake, and Emery.
