Paul Jay Searby Age 86, of Columbus, MN Formerly of Crookston, Nebraska Passed away on Tuesday, September 10, 2013. Preceded in death by daughter, Paula Kay; parents, Chester and Clio; two sisters, and two brothers. Survived by wife Ruth; daughters, Yvonne, Edith (Keith) Higgins; son Ronald; and granddaughter, Gina Higgins; four brothers; and other extended family and friends. Paul participated in the Black Hills Passion Play for over 30 years. He also proudly served his country in the Army during the Korean War. Funeral Service 11 AM, Saturday, September 21, 2013 at Crossroads Evangelical Covenant Church, 17445 Notre Dame St. NE, Forest Lake. Visitation 5-8 PM, Friday, September 20, 2013 at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake and one hour prior to service at church. Private interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
