Phillip Bergstrom

Phillip Bergstrom, age 70, of Stacy, died on May 5, 2011. He was born November 29, 1940 to Vernon & Mary (Bakken) Bergstrom in Minneapolis. Phillip was preceded in death by his parents; son, Phillip Vernon Bergstrom; and sister Marilyn Brazil. He is survived by Audrey, his wife of 44 years; daughter Pennie (Brent) Johnson; grandchildren, Mark Darwin, Tyler Darwin, Jordan Johnson; sisters, Carol (Roger) Moran, Leah (Steve) Marty; brothers, Richard and Howard Bergstrom; many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Funeral Service 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, May 10, 2011 at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake. Visitation 5-8 p.m., Monday, May 9, 2011 at Mattson Funeral Home and one hour prior to service on Tuesday. Interment at Stacy Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
