Phyllis Jane Haas, of Forest Lake, Minnesota, passed away on Wednesday, January 18, 2012. She is preceded in death by her husband, Tom Haas. She is survived by her children, Judy (Dwight) Schleicher, Tom (Toni) Haas Jr., Peter (Pam) Haas; six grandchildren, Amie Symens, T.R. Haas, Sarah (Matt) Carter, Zachary Schleicher, Matthew Haas, Katie Haas; six great-grandchildren, Jeffrey, Jacob, Joshua Symens, Meghan Ince, Mary and Emma Carter. Private Family Services will be held. Interment at Calvary Cemetery, Forest Lake, Minnesota. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed if desired to the Church of Saint Peter's Music Ministry.
