Ramona G. Nechkash, age 76 of Wyoming, MN, died April 17, 2006. Ramona was born July 11, 1929 in the Welsh Settlement near Rewey, WI to Orville and Nina (Stacey) Hughes. She was united in marriage to Daniel Burdette Nechkash on July 1, 1947. Ramona was an avid volunteer for Fairview Lakes Medical Center and a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Wyoming, MN. She is preceded in death by her husband, Daniel and 4 siblings. She is survived by her children: Daniece Moden of San Diego, CA; Daniel Jr. (Janet) of Bloomington, MN; Donald of Silverthorne, CO; and Maria (Richard) Carter of Rifle, CO; 5 Grandchildren, 3 sisters and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral service, 10:30 am, Friday, April 21, 2006 at MATTSON FUNERAL HOME, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake, MN. Visitation 4-7 PM Thursday, April 20, 2006 at MATTSON FUNERAL HOME, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake, MN and Friday one hour prior to the service.
