Randy D. Olson

Randy D. Olson, of Lindstrom, MN, passed away one day after his 65th birthday, May 2, 2023. Randy was born to Donald Olson and Audrey (Bulman) Campeau, in New Richmond, WI, May 1, 1958.

Randy has always been a hard worker and lived around the Twin Cities most of his adult life. After working for Cemstone for 20 years, he lived life to the fullest after retiring in Lindstrom, at Blue Waters Leisure Park, where he enjoyed being out on the water fishing and having a drink with his friends. To call Randy generous, would be an under-statement, as he always seemed to have exactly what you needed and never asked for anything in return. He always did his best to make sure that he was surrounded by good company and made sure that everyone was having a good time.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Donald Olson and Audrey Campeau; daughter, Christine; infant child; and sisters: Shelly and Penny Campeau, and sister-in-law Cindy Olson.

He is survived by wife, Shari Olson; son Brandon; stepchildren: Rich (Alanna) Kreitel; brothers: Pete (Linda) Campeau, Jeffrey Olson, Tim Olson, Tom (Trish) Olson, and sisters: Donna (Dick) Hesselink, Tammy (Joe) Neubauer, Tracey (Brent) Schroeder; grandchildren; step grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; stepmom Jinny Olson; his special aunt, Sylvia Larson; along with many wonderful friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Blue Waters Leisure Park in Lindstrom, MN from 12-5pm on Saturday, July 15th.
