Richard M. LeRoux Sr.

Richard M. LeRoux Sr., age 77, of Park Rapids, Minnesota; formerly of Scandia, Minnesota passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, March 12, 2023.  Richard loved life; everything about it; from bonfires to family gatherings, he enjoyed every minute of life.  He is preceded in death by his father, Marcel LeRoux.  He will be deeply missed by his beloved wife of 53 years, Pat; children, Lori (Rob) Miller, Lisa (Don) Winberg, Rick LeRoux, Linda (Tom) Vogel, Ron (Sharon) LeRoux; grandchildren, David (Jasmine) Linder, Brittany Linder, Krissy Miller, Cassie Miller, Savanna Butterfield, Stephanie (Jason) Rochel, Sarah Butterfield, Jessica Winberg, Carissa (Justin) Kranz, Autumn Vogel; Ashley LeRoux, Jordan LeRoux; eight great grandchildren; siblings, Mary Jane (Phil) Widenstrom, Tom (Michele) LeRoux, Harold LeRoux, Suzan Jez, Joyce LeRoux; his beloved four-legged companions, Lacey and Sissy; many other family and friends.

The family will greet friends from 5:00-7:00 p.m., Monday, May 15, 2023 at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake, Minnesota.  Military Honors will conclude the evening at 7:00 p.m.  Private family interment at Oak Grove Cemetery, East Farmington, Wisconsin.
