Richard Moore

Of Scandia, passed away peacefully on November 20, 2009, surrounded by family.

Preceded in death by parents, Ward & Elsie Moore; sister Barbara. He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Diane; children, Michael, Sonya, Sarah, Melissa; stepsons, Michael (Jasmine) and David (Michelle) Ranalls; sister Nancy (Dale) Ostman; brother, David; eleven grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.

Dick worked for Mpls. Parks & Recreation at Columbia Golf Course, Gross Golf Course, and Waite Park School. He was a U.S. Army Veteran, serving in France. Dick was a member of American Legion Post 225 and was active in MDHA.

Celebration of Life 11:30 AM, Wednesday, November 25, 2009 at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake. Family will greet friends one hour prior to service. Private Interment in Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
