Richard G. Psyck, age 63 of Forest Lake, died Wednesday, February 22, 2006.
Richard was born August 17, 1942, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the son of George and Betty (Crocker) Psyck. Richard attended North Branch High School. Following his schooling he was united in marriage to Marilyn Frans in 1969. Richard spent most of his working career as an automobile mechanic. Following his retirement he found great enjoyment in volunteering with local food banks and churches. He will be remembered for his generous spirit and devotion to giving his time to helping those in need. In his spare time he enjoyed fishing and attending Forest Hills United Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by his father George. He will be sadly missed by those who knew and loved him including his loving wife Marilyn; children, Tammy Sanz, Lisa Psyck, Amy (Nathan Scheel) Psyck; grandchildren, Melissa, Edwin Sanz; mother Betty Psyck; siblings, Georgia Melander, Darlene (Robert) Mellgren, Cheryl (Philip) Smith, Tammy (Tony LaVelle) Psyck, Jeffrey (Sue) Psyck; several nieces, nephews, family and friends.
