Richard Walker

Richard Lee Walker September 11, 1933-February 25, 2017 Passed away peacefully while surrounded by his famiy. Richard worked as a security guard at the Science Museum of Minnesota and American Security for many years. He is preceded in death by his first wife, Donna; infant son, Ricky Jr. He is survived by his loving wife of 34 years, Marian; daughters, Debbie (John) Barton, Cindy (Rick) Sveen, Susan; sons, Michael, Glynn (Jeni); honorary son, Ted Kurhajetz; step-daughters, Joyce (Robert) Fischer, Jeannie (Milan) Dukic, Maria (Roger) Drews; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; family and friends. Memorial Services will be held at 4:00 p.m., Friday, March 3, 2017 at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake. The family will greet friends from 2:00 p.m., Friday until the time of service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family.
