Survived by loving wife of 27 years, Mary Kay; children, Jeremy (Emily), Kristina, Jackie; granddaughter, Kenzie; parents, Tony & Lois; siblings, Monica (Jeff) Isaacson, Tom, Colleen (Tom) Pearson, Jerry (Lea), Julie (John) Montgomery, Doug (Sarah); and many nieces, nephews and other family and friends.

Funeral Service 11 am, Wednesday, April 15, 2009 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 14383 Forest Blvd, Hugo. Visitation 4-8 pm, Tuesday, April 14, 2009 at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake, and one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment St. John the Baptist Catholic Cemetery.
