Rose Halvorson

Rose Marie Halvorson, age 84, of Linwood Township, Minnesota, formerly of Pine River, Minnesota, died peacefully on Friday, July 4, 2014. She is preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Nellie Paulson; husbands, Martin Mykkanen, Roy Delaney; seven siblings. She is survived by her husband, Maynard Halvorson; children, Karen (David) Batsche, Martin (Annette) Mykkanen, LaVonne (Thomas) Hauwiller, Roxanne Bacigalupo, Barbara (Stephanie Spangler) Mykkanen; step-daughter, Crystal (William) Rush; thirteen grandchildren; one step-granchild; thirteen great-grandchildren; sister, Loraine Ryan; other family and friends. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 9, 2014 at Sunnyside Lutheran Church, 6633 227th Avenue NE, Stacy. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service Wednesday at the church. Interment will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday at Linwood Township Cemetery.
