Butterfield, Ruth (nee Torgeson), age 92, of Mpls., formerly Forest Lake, on April 9, 2002. Preceded in death by husband, Roy, in 1982; 2 brothers, 2 sisters, and a grandson, Russell. Survived by 3 children, Bob (Mardy) Butterfield, Beth (Wayne) Paulsen and Ron (Marie) Butterfield; 10 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-granddaughter; her sister, Louise Mattson and friends. Funeral service 11 am Friday, April 12, 2002. at Faith Lutheran Church, 886 North Shore Dr., Forest Lake, MN. Visitation 6-8 pm Thursday at Mattson Funeral Home, and one hour prior at the church.
