Shannon Spence

Shannon Marie Spence Beloved Daughter, Sister, Aunt, and Friend, age 45 of Forest Lake, died unexpectedly on November 23, 2012. Shannon was a loving and caring person, who loved nothing more than the time spent with her family, friends and dogs. She battled many complications from a 2002 car accident, that also left her blind. Preceded in death by grandparents; seeing-eye-dog, Comet; and other beloved pets. She is survived by her mother, Betty Spence; father Patrick Spence, Sr.; brothers, Michael, Patrick (Loni), Dennis (Margie); niece, Megan; nephews, Matthew, Sean, Mitchell; and many friends. Celebration of Shannon's Life will be held 1:00 p.m., Saturday, December 1, 2012 at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake. Gathering of family and friend 11:00 a.m. until the time of service.
