Sheryl Rae Tursso

Sheryl Rae Tursso, age 82, of Forest Lake, MN, passed away peacefully while at home on June 3oth, 2024.  She fought a long battle with cancer, however, staying positive and continuing to live her life to the fullest.  Sheryl was born on March 21, 1942 in St Paul, MN, was then joined by her sister Shawn Peterson.

Sheryl was preceded in death by her parents, Peggy Anderson, Andy Anderson and Raymond Peterson; husband, Jack Tursso; sister, Shawn Meyers; daughter, Juli Parnell; and stepson, Tom Tursso.

Sheryl leaves to cherish in loving memory, her children, Colleen Kania (Mark Kania), Cory Parnell (Sue Parnell), John Parnell (Annie Parnell), Kathy Nelson (Tony Nelson), Grayson Sheridan (Heather Sheridan), stepson's, Steve Tursso and John Tursso (Jennifer Tursso). As a loving Grandmother, she also leaves behind 20 Grandchildren, many with spouses or significant others she considered her own, as well as 28 Great Grandchildren.

Her positive outlook on life, humor, compassion, and sassiness will be dearly missed by all including family, close friends, and neighbors,
