Shirley Johnson

Shirley J. Johnson, age 86, of Forest Lake, Minnesota, died, Thursday, October 06, 2016. Shirley was an active volunteer at Family Pathways, Forest Lake for over ten years. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Kenneth; four siblings. She is survived by her children, Tonnia (Neil) White, Terry (Ann) Johnson; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, October 10, 2016 at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake, Minnesota. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Interment at Scandinavian Cemetery, Forest Lake, Minnesota.
