Sonja Palmer

Sonja Pauline Palmer, of Forest Lake, died June 14, 2011. After retiring from Home Building, she spent her free time dancing and playing her organ. Preceded in death by husband Walter Palmer; infant son; infant twins; daughter Mary Ann Hagstrom; son Gene Palmer; sister Florence Sahlin; brother Vernon Carlson; one granddaughter; and one grandson. Sonja is survived by her daughters, Doris (Paul) Tyler, Ruth (Ed) Frandle; sisters, Alda Palmer, Lenore Kinderman; 9 grandchildren; 11 step-grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; and 16 step-great grandchildren. Memorial Service 12:00 p.m., Thursday, June 30, 2011 at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake. Family will greet friends one hour prior to service. Interment at Fairview Cemetery, Lindstrom.
