Tammy J. Jackman

Tammy Jo Jackman, age 63, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Tuesday morning January 7, 2025.

Tammy was born October 13, 1961, in Stillwater, Minnesota. She grew up going to Houlton and Hudson, Wisconsin schools. She married John Jackman at age 18. They then had three children, Casey in 1981, Elizabeth in 1986, and David in 1987. The family lived in Houlton, then in the 90’s they moved to Linwood Township, Minnesota. 

Tammy loved to cook, keep a very clean home and care for her family. She loved flowers, and watching the wildlife in her yard, and going for walks. She especially loved her husband, children and two granddaughters, and all her family.

Tammy is preceded in death by her father, Dean Newman; stepmother, Linda Newman; stepfather, Don Brown; her beloved son, David Jackman in 2021.

She is survived by her husband, John Jackman; daughters, Casey (Nate) Betow, Elizabeth (Justin Penewski) Jackman; granddaughters, Natalie Betow, Kendra Jackman; mother, Bonnie Newman; sisters, Connie (Kevin) Canopy, Jodi (Mark) Olson; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

She will be missed dearly. We will love you forever.
