Age 41, of Wyoming, was called home on October 24, 2009 while surrounded by family and friends.
Tammy was an amazing young woman whose love of life helped her overcome every obstacle. She was an inspiration to many.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents; and maternal grandfather.
Tammy leaves behind her mom and step-dad, Nancy & Hank Wallraff, Sr.; dad and step-mom, Roger & Cindy Omernik; sister Donna (Rick) Nelson; step-brothers, Jim (Careen) and Hank Wallraff, Jr.; maternal grandmother, Mae Stoltz; nephews, Evan, Aaron, Nathan Krzewina; best friend Korine Krogstad; and several aunts, uncles, cousins.
Mass of Christian Burial 10:30 a.m., Friday, October 30, 2009 at St. Peter's Catholic Church, 1250 South Shore Drive, Forest Lake. Visitation 6-8 p.m., Thursday at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake.
