Teresa Cook

Teresa Lynn (McKnight)Cook, age 62, of Forest Lake, passed away on September 16, 2015 at United Hospital in St. Paul, due to 13+ years with Multiple Myeloma. She was born on March 22, 1953 in Rochester and graduated from mayo High School in 1971. Following graduation, she went on to Rochester Community College. Teresa married David John Cook on May 4, 1974. Preceded in death by her father, Richard McKnight. She is survived by her husband, David; sons, Aaron, Adrian, Derek; mother, Isabelle McKnight; sister, Becky (Lyndon) Peterson; and brother, Richard (Stacy) McKnight. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:30 a.m., Monday, September 21, 2015 at The Church of St. Peter, 1250 South Shore Drive, Forest Lake. Visitation 2-5 p.m., Sunday, with 5 p.m. Prayer Service at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake. Visitation will continue 9-10 a.m., Monday at Mattson Funeral Home. Interment at Calvary Cemetery, Forest Lake. Memorials may be made to Multiple Myeloma Foundation.
