Thomas Klapak

Thomas E. Klapak, age 55 of Scandia, died peacefully at home with his family by his side on 3/16/2014 after his long and courageous battle with cancer. He was born April 23, 1958 and lived every day to the fullest. He is preceded in death by his father, Warren. Survived by his mother, Nancy Patterson; son, Dylan; grandson, Anthony; sister & brothers, Jill (Roy) Brindamour, Joe (Tina), Mike (Mary), John (Jennifer), Jerry (Tami), and Tim; beloved pets, Marley (dog) and Duece (cat); many nieces and nephews, and other family and friends. Special thanks to Dr. Jan Buckner, C.N.P. Yvette Dulohery R. N., and the Mayo staff for their amazing care! A very special thanks to Yvette Dulohery who worked around the clock to see to his needs. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, March 24, 2014 at Maranatha Assembly of God, 24799 Forest Blvd., Forest Lake, MN. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church.
