AGE 69 OF PERKASIE PA
(formerly of Chisago City, Mn)
Died peacefully on December 14th after a brief but courageous battle with cancer. Preceded in death by his infant daughter Theresa, and parents Clem & Helen Ostertag. He will be deeply missed by his children Linda (Ted Stapleford), David (Collette), Robert (Victoria), and their mother Mary E.Cronk Ostertag, 7 grandchildren all living in the Bucks County area of Pennsylvania, his brother Greg (Carol) of Wyoming, Mn, sisters Louise Baron (Ron)of Eden Prairie, and Mary Jean Paulson of St. Paul, and his niece, Susan Hansen of Lindstrom, his nephews, Michael Ostertag, Nathan (Jill) Ostertag, Jeremy Paulson, Robert, Rick, and Randy Baron.
Tom grew up in Chisago City, attending school there. He went on to graduate from the University of St. Thomas and later worked as manager of sales for the California division of the Ethyol Corp. in San Jose California, later transferring to Doylestown Pa. His trips back to Minnesota included visits with family and high school friends and fishing and boating in northern Mn. and Canada with his brother Greg. Tom and Greg's last boating/fishing trip was to Isle Royale. What wonderful memories were made on that trip, not knowing it would be the last one together.
Services are pending in Minnesota, perhaps in the spring. We would like to thank the people who so graciously supported the Ostertag family during this difficult time.
