Wilhelmina “Rose” Damon

of Forest Lake, formerly of South Minneapolis, passed away peacefully January 21, 2009. She is preceded in death by husband Orlin; three sisters; step-daughter and son, Michael. She is survived by son William (Dorothy), three granddaughters, five great grandchildren; sister Katherine Buttweiler; numerous family and friends.

Memorial Service will be held at 12:00 p.m., Saturday, January 24, 2009 at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake. The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. A time of food and fellowship will follow the service at the funeral home. “It’s a great day to go fishing.”
