William "Bill" L. Colter, age 63, of Forest Lake passed away peacefully on Friday, February 25, 2011. He is survived by his three daughters, Jacqueline Colter, Angela Colter, and Rebecca Colter; as well as other extended family and friends. Memorial Service will be 3:00 p.m., Thursday, March 3, 2011 at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
